Pyjama Day for Winter Solstice

This Wednesday 21st June 2017 we are going to celebrate the Winter Solstice by wearing our pyjamas to school.  However, this is by no means compulsory. There are just a few rules that still need to apply:

  1. Students must wear school shoes.
  2. Students hair must be tied up if shoulder length or longer.
  3. Students must be able to put their hat on at recess and lunch.
  4. The clothing must cover shoulders and be no shorter in length than the school uniform.

Apart from taking part in an hour without power at some stage throughout the day our usual Wednesday routine will remain the same. Therefore we will be off out to sport. The children will need to have their joggers on in order to participate safely. Ugg boots can be worn for the first part of the day but will then need to be taken off and replaced with joggers before recess.
