Healthy Eating

As part of our Health Program we are looking at the importance of healthy eating, hydration and getting enough exercise and rest this term.

We have begun looking at the importance of a healthy lunchbox and having a healthy dinner plate.  We will look at the traffic light system this week.

Please see the attached document for more information. I will send home some homework this work for the children to complete an ‘exercise’ diary so if it could be returned at the start of week 6 I would really appreciate it.
