Kagan Team Building

Last week Mrs Matthews came to visit Room 38 and we had a great time developing our team building skills using  Kagan Strategies. Kagan Strategies are a really useful way to ensure that everyone in the classroom is involved, all students feel able to make contributions and all are listened to. During the visit, Room 38 played some class and team building games, designed to build trust among the players. We then worked together to come up with Table/Team names and a cheer for each group.

I was extremely proud of the way Room 38 participated in these activities. They worked together, co-operated and problem solved brilliantly.

Everyone had a great time and learnt a lot as a result 🙂

Here was one of our favourite team building games from the session… Pretzel, Un-Pretzel.
